Bangkok's Second Apple Retail Store Nears Completion ( Photos)

Apple’s second retail store in Bangkok is showing signs of nearing completion, photos shared on Twitter show progress is coming along very nicely to what could be Asia’s biggest Apple Store.

Located in front of Central World Mall, the area will feature a white stone courtyard. The large cylindrical construction site has been shrouded in mystery, a black covering now conceals the glass walls, which is housed under a circular roof that outwardly, the store design is reminiscent of Steve Jobs Theater at Apple Park in California.

Architectural plans that have been leaked reveal the store’s interior as seen below.

Lights have been seen emanating from behind the black covering, suggesting that lighting has been installed and interior decoration is almost complete.

At the center of the store is a winding staircase to the second floor, which includes a large video screen indicating the Forum area and tables with seats for Today at Apple sessions and possibly Genius appointments. There is also a basement, which was formerly the parking lot of Central World.

Apple have yet to release an official opening date, but looking at the photo’s above we cant be too far away from Bangkok having it’s second Apple store.
